You’ll partner with Global Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers to ship initiatives that improve recruiting quality, efficiency, and compliance at a global scale.

Day‑to‑day you’ll balance ongoing portfolio work with fast‑moving priorities, drive enablement, and lead change management to ensure adoption across teams.

• Proven program, change, and project management within a global, high-growth environment.
• Experience launching AI-powered programs or assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leaders.
