Job summary

You will partner with GTM leaders, build the talent pipeline through employer branding, events, and referrals, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting management experience, preferably in-house.
• Proven success partnering with hiring teams to drive hiring outcomes.
• Experience mentoring recruiters and developing direct reports.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
