Job summary

Buzz Solutions is seeking a People Operations/Recruiting Coordinator to own the hiring lifecycle end to end, manage Greenhouse, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will handle onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee records for a distributed team.

You will coordinate interviews across time zones, guide new hires through our handbook, and help drive culture and engagement while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or similar role.
• Owned an applicant tracking system with stages, reporting, and hygiene.
• Exceptional organization to run multiple hiring loops in parallel.
• Clear, warm, professional communication with candidates, hires, and leaders.
• Discretion with compensation, offers, and employee records.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate's path from first scheduled interview through day one onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews across departments and time zones; manage candidate comms.
• Prepare offers and maintain clear line of communication between hiring managers and candidates.
• Own Greenhouse data, stages, scorecards, and reporting; ensure timely updates.
• Support sourcing for open roles; build pipeline with hiring managers.
• Run onboarding including benefits enrollment and policy walkthrough.
• Maintain accurate employee records and flag compliance risks.
• Foster Buzz Solutions culture through engagement and recognition initiatives.
