Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a seasoned Recruiting Leader to manage the Core-Mark Segment recruitment and onboarding strategies, ensuring compliance with policies and laws. You will advise hiring managers, oversee budgets, and partner with field operations to optimize staffing across Core-Mark OpCo's and Corporate roles.

You will lead sourcing, screening, and campus/community recruitment efforts, while collaborating with leadership to forecast needs and improve candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–7 years full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.
• Experience leading a recruiting or staffing team.
• Exceptional interviewing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and compliance.
• Experience using job boards, social media and community resources.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops sourcing strategies to attract candidates and improve staffing processes.
• Recruits and screens candidates through postings, job boards, social media, networking, etc.
• Supports community recruiting by building relationships with schools and organizations.
• Cultivates relationships with business leaders and HR to align staffing with business needs.
• Establishes and tracks hiring metrics to measure success.
• Participates in staffing-related projects and other HR activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
