Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the recruitment process from intake to offer.
• Consult with hiring managers to define criteria and post engaging roles.
• Develop effective sourcing and selection strategies.
• Create job ads and social content to attract candidates.
• Screen applications and recommend qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and develop evaluation criteria.
• Participate in interviews with key stakeholders.
• Support offer processes and pre-employment steps.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Represent Horace Mann at college fairs and recruiting events.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion throughout recruitment.
