Race Rock Group seeks a Recruiting Manager to design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy across our national facilities. You will lead a recruiting team, partner with executives, and benchmark salaries to attract top industrial talent.

The role requires 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting with managerial experience, expertise in ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter/HRIS, and a data-driven approach to optimize time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Travel to facilities may be needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and at least 5+ years in a management or lead role.
• Elite negotiation and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Proficient with modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS; strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data analytics and market benchmarking capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leadership: develop and implement multi-channel recruitment strategies for specialized talent.
• Team Management: supervise recruiting staff, set KPIs, coach to meet hiring targets.
• Hiring Manager Advisory: provide market insights and salary benchmarking to leaders.
• Employer Branding: lead initiatives to strengthen our employer brand across channels.
• Process Optimization: optimize full-cycle recruitment to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Vendor Management: manage relationships with staffing agencies and background providers for ROI.
• Compliance & Reporting: ensure hiring practices comply with federal and state laws.
