Race Rock is seeking a Recruiting Manager to design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business objectives. You will oversee the recruitment function, mentor internal staff, and partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs across our national production facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with leadership exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SCP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel recruitment strategies for industrial sectors.
• Supervise Recruiting Assistants and Recruiters with KPIs.
• Advise Hiring Managers on market insights and salary benchmarking.
• Lead employer branding across LinkedIn, job boards, and schools.
• Audit and optimize full-cycle recruitment processes and data analytics.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and background check vendors.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
