Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Recruiting Manager to own talent delivery for a Business Line. You will combine strategic partnership with direct people leadership, translating business objectives into hiring strategies and ensuring talent lands on programs on time.

You will lead a team of recruiters, manage capacity, and act as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with program milestones and revenue commitments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive TA experience with ownership of a business unit's hiring strategy.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting in complex technical environments from practitioner to strategist.
• Strong business acumen linking hiring to program milestones and revenue.
• Excellent analytical skills using data to drive prioritization and leadership storytelling.
• Experience leading hiring initiatives beyond individual searches (surge campaigns, batch hiring).
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TA strategy for assigned Business Line.
• Advise BL leadership using market intelligence and capacity models.
• Define and manage hiring goals, SLAs, and dashboards.
• Partner with BizOps, Finance, and Workforce Planning on budget and headcount.
• Lead recruitment execution and cross-functional hiring initiatives.
• Provide leadership for recruiters and manage allocation and performance.
