Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager to own talent delivery for a Business Line within a Division. You will partner with BL leadership, translate business objectives into hiring strategies, and manage a team of recruiters.

You will lead end-to-end TA strategy, headcount planning, and reporting, while delivering high‑quality pipelines and scalable processes that enable programs to hit milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive TA experience and ownership of a business unit's hiring strategy.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a complex technical environment.
• Strong business acumen: linking hiring outcomes to program milestones and revenue commitments.
• Excellent analytical skills: using data to drive prioritization and leadership storytelling.
• Experience leading large hiring initiatives beyond individual searches: surge campaigns and batch hiring.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end TA strategy for your assigned Business Line, including headcount planning and delivery against program milestones.
• Advise BL leadership using market intelligence, data, and capacity models to shape the talent roadmap.
• Define and manage hiring goals, SLAs, and dashboard reporting with transparency on pipeline health and risks.
• Partner with BizOps, Finance, and Workforce Planning to align on headcount and budget.
• Own hiring progress reporting and act as the escalation point for blockers.
• Lead cross-functional hiring initiatives and surge campaigns for your BL.
