Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Executive Recruiter, Growth to own executive hiring across Anduril's Growth function in Washington, DC. You will run full-cycle searches for Heads of Growth, Capture Directors, and senior Business Development leaders, partnering with C-level stakeholders and building a network of senior cleared defense talent.

You will manage pipeline, close offers, and drive process improvements while representing Anduril credibly to top candidates who understand the DoD

Qualifications

• Deep experience placing or hiring senior commercial leadership.
• Working knowledge of the DoD acquisition ecosystem.
• Established relationships with ex-military-turned-industry leaders.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Based in Washington, DC, in-office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle executive search for Growth leadership hires at the Business Line and Division level.
• Partner with Growth executives to translate business strategy into search strategy.
• Build and maintain a proprietary network of senior cleared defense talent.
• Represent Anduril credibly to senior executive candidates and manage C-level interactions.
• Own data & reporting for Growth executive search, including pipeline health and time-to-fill.
