Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a hands-on recruiter to own hiring for Connected Warfare production, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain talent. You will partner with operations and program leaders to define what good looks like, then find, pitch, and close top candidates on a fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate has deep manufacturing experience, a startup/scale-up mindset, and a passion for talent acquisition within a defense-focused company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers and Directors, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles, and reporting pipeline progress.
• Deep network and fluency in manufacturing, production, and/or supply chain roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Buyers, Industrial Engineers.
• Operationally minded with ability to influence leaders and drive solutions.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills with experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with a system: source and manage high-volume candidates while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Speak production fluently: understand floor realities, takt times, cycle times, throughput, and yield to credibly pitch opportunities.
• Connect headcount to outcomes: quantify how roles affect line throughput and revenue to drive urgency with hiring managers.
• Be a trusted partner: build trust with operations leaders and guide talent strategy while delivering on commitments.
• Close exceptional talent: pitch teams effectively and extend offers with strong negotiation.
• Run on data: analyze pipeline metrics and build data-driven narratives to gain momentum.
• Invent and simplify: scale recruiting with referrals, process improvements, and automation.
• Master your tools: be a SME in prospecting, data extraction, web-scraping, and candidate management.
• Interview with judgment: assess candidates to reflect hiring-manager preferences with strong interview-to-offer ratios.
• Engage passive talent: source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Protect the candidate’s experience: maintain a positive, proactive communication throughout the process.
