Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the recruiting team, advise hiring managers on market conditions, and shape sourcing strategy across the region. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in recruiting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, including lead/mentorship roles.
• Experience with social media and job ads platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Proven candidate sourcing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the recruiting team.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions and sourcing strategy.
• Prioritize requisitions and hiring demands across the region.
• Lead and coach recruiters with ongoing feedback and development.
• Develop effective recruiting plans by studying organizational plans.
• Fill open positions and discuss needs with managers.
