Job summary

CBX Solutions, based in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks an HR Manager to support business needs and implement HR strategies in partnership with the Senior Director, Human Resources. This role works with leaders across the United States to ensure compliance and minimize risk for the organization.

Key duties include leading LOA processes, HR ticketing, onboarding, and collaboration with payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of HR leadership experience.
• Mergers & acquisition experience is a plus.
• Ability to be in office up to 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Leave of Absence process, including FMLA, STD and LTD claims and decisions.
• Manage the HR ticket system to ensure responses are accurate and timely.
• Assist in workers' compensation and injury reporting with insurer coordination.
• Lead onboarding for new hires, including background checks and E-Verify.
• Partner with payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition on HR initiatives.
