Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is hiring a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across the United States. The role focuses on developing recruiting plans, building pipelines, and maintaining compliant applicant tracking processes.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with Jobvite ATS. This position requires effective communication and the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other social platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting plans with hiring managers.
• Proactively fill open positions and build a forward-looking candidate pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers on needs, pipeline, and interviewing standards.
• Source candidates via job boards, social networks, and outreach programs.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance.
