The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring associates while providing front-line support and innovative recruitment solutions. The position reports to the Associate Recruitment Department and involves travel to sites within the region, with a salary range reflecting regional markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of recruiting, operations mgmt, or client relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle recruitment audits.
• Develop regional partnerships to support recruiting efforts.
• Align recruiting with regional goals and leadership.
• Lead a team of Field Recruiters to execute regional staffing plans.
• Monitor regional recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Train and develop field-based recruitment staff.
• Maintain talent market knowledge and regional trends.
• Communicate regional recruiting data to sites and leadership.
• Travel to sites within the region as required.
