Maximus Partners is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Manager/Recruiting Director to join our growing team. This role combines business development, client relationship management, candidate recruitment, and full-cycle search execution.

The ideal candidate will lead retained and contingency search engagements from client acquisition through successful placement, serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, IT, human resources, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in contingency or executive retained search.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in business development and new client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through outreach, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Build trusted partnerships with executives, hiring managers, and key decision-makers to understand objectives and workforce challenges.
• Lead client meetings to assess hiring priorities, provide market intelligence, and develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Negotiate search agreements, fee structures, and terms of engagement while aligning with client expectations and firm goals.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the search process, delivering proactive communication and consultative guidance.
