Qualifications

• 4-7 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting and candidate sourcing practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Monitor recruiting activities and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Help improve recruiting processes and identify new sources and strategies for attracting qualified talent.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
• Perform other HR and recruiting-related duties as needed.
