• Sit between Candidate Experience and Workforce Analytics teams as the person who makes the call
• Keep the Recruiter scorecard tied to outcomes, not activity
• Translate Renaissance Technologies goals into quarterly roadmaps the business team can actually ship
• Walk a hybrid client through renewal terms that keep both sides whole
