Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, develop recruitment strategy, and facilitate all aspects of the hiring process.
• Proactively source qualified candidates and build inclusive candidate pools.
• Lead and support the company's recruiting strategies and efforts.
• Provide regular updates and ensure a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Identify process improvements and share best practices for sourcing and candidate pipelining.
• Ensure compliance with process and documentation requirements and keep up with legal/regulatory hiring standards.
• Collaborate with HR to market job descriptions and align qualifications with role responsibilities.
• Pre-screen candidates and present a high-quality slate of candidates to the hiring manager.
• Participate in or lead projects to improve recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and stakeholders to solve challenging recruiting issues.
