Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Staffing/Recruiting, or professional sales, or Accounting experience.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong research and sourcing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; quick learner of new technology.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Partner with internal teams to understand client hiring needs.
• Submit candidates with market insight and hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Guide candidates through the full hiring process, including offers.
• Support onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment steps.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Develop new client relationships and drive pipeline growth.
• Present staffing proposals and manage the full placement lifecycle.
• Stay informed on staffing trends and growth strategies.
