Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 3 years or Bachelor's with 5 years full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (Workday preferred)
• Strong sourcing using Boolean, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting
• Excellent stakeholder management and English fluency
