Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems; Workday knowledge preferred
• Strong sourcing and direct sourcing skills; social media recruiting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; English fluency
• Experience with metrics, dashboards, and data-driven recruiting insights
