Job summary

Thyssenkrupp Materials NA, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define needs and craft postings. You will develop and improve recruiting tools, source candidates, and drive data-driven improvements across workforce planning and onboarding.

The role emphasizes a professional candidate experience, compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional HR teams to meet business hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across different job families and stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions from intake through onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define requirements and craft job postings and descriptions.
• Develop, implement, and improve recruiting tools, templates, and processes for fair hiring practices.
• Proactively source, assess, and engage candidates using multiple channels, including passive sourcing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a professional experience.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics and use data to drive improvements.
• Support workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives with HR and business leaders.
• Provide guidance on interviewing best practices and offer strategy within guidelines.
• Ensure documentation and compliance within the applicant tracking system.
• Contribute to recruiting projects and cross-functional HR initiatives as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support across HR functions including onboarding and training coordination.
