Garmin Ltd. in the United States HQ area seeks a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist 3 to lead end-to-end recruiting for a diverse, senior-to-mid level portfolio. You will partner with hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies, and use data-informed decisions to optimize outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include managing requisitions, guiding interview processes, maintaining ATS data integrity, and supporting recruiting events. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with specialized or hard-to-fill roles and proactive sourcing.
• Knowledge of employment laws and structured interview practices.
• Ability to travel as needed.
