Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting, talent acquisition, HR generalist, or HRBP roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across different job families.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define requirements and posting strategy.
• Develop and improve recruiting tools, templates, and processes.
• Proactively source, assess, and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive experience.
• Track and report metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire; act on insights.
