Job summary

Spectrum, LLC is seeking a Recruiter II to partner with leadership and drive top-talent acquisition across the organization. You will optimize hiring strategies, screen and interview candidates, and help ensure compliant, efficient recruitment processes.

You’ll work with leadership to design targeted recruitment campaigns, leverage universities and professional networks, and train hiring managers on ATS usage and compliance. This role supports Spectrum’s growth and talent goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to design and execute recruitment strategies.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates to ensure best fit.
• Identify and leverage alternative recruitment channels to attract specialized talent.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring laws.
• Recommend recruitment budgets to maximize hiring effectiveness.
• Write and post job advertisements and respond to inquiries.
• Train hiring managers on ATS and compliance requirements.
