FutureTech Labs in Hayward, CA — now offering a Recruiter role that shapes resource allocation and talent strategy. You’ll own compensation analysis, workforce planning, and mentoring mid-level teammates while driving business decisions with data-driven models.

You’ll lead remote deals with guardrails, broker cross-functional tradeoffs, and build forecasting tools that stress-test scenarios for California markets.

Formación

• Experience in compensation analysis and workforce planning.
• Ability to mentor or support mid-level teammates.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set guardrails so a remote deal can move without a committee.
• Broker tradeoffs when sales, product, and finance want different things in Hayward.
• Decide which Hayward accounts receive the white-glove treatment and why.
• Build the model that tells you when to stop a losing business bet.
• Stress-test the forecast against the CA scenario nobody wants.
