Slickdeals is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a contract-to-full-time role in San Mateo, CA. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Data, Analytics, and other functions, partnering with hiring managers to craft search strategies and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Based in a lean Talent Acquisition team, you’ll own searches, push for timely decisions, and adapt to evolving hiring needs in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with technical hiring focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through offer with a focus on technical roles.
• Sustain partnerships with hiring managers and coordinate with the Recruitment Coordinator.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify passive talent via LinkedIn and referrals.
• Screen candidates and guide them through interview and offer processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track progress.
