Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to interviews and offers.
• Utilize HRIS (ADP) to track applicants and evaluate employees.
• Coordinate internal candidate sourcing with PMs and employer branding.
