Job summary

Management Solutions, LLC (MSLLC) is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting strategy and performance across federal, commercial, and energy-sector clients. This hands-on leader will oversee full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing coordination, and onboarding, while building pipelines and optimizing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Experience independently managing recruiting across multiple positions and disciplines.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and sourcing approaches.
• Experience evaluating and improving recruiting processes, workflows, and practices.
• Experience with recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms, and MS Office.
• Ability to advise and partner with hiring managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with hiring priorities and client requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop targeted sourcing for technical, professional, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Contracts, and leadership on staffing needs and proposals.
• Establish and monitor recruiting metrics to drive improvements.
• Lead process improvements in recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to set realistic qualifications and compensation expectations.
