Job summary

ITCON Services, a fast-growing technology and professional services company serving federal government agencies, seeks a Junior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Tysons Corner, VA. This role supports full life cycle recruiting for federal contracts, proposals, and corporate positions.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in government contracting recruiting, including proposal recruiting and surge hiring, and will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, capture

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a federal government contracting environment.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting proposal recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for technical, professional, and cleared positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Support proposal recruiting.
• Partner with hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS records.
• Coordinate interviews and offers.
• Attend recruiting events.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
