Job summary

MLT Systems in Stafford, VA is seeking a dynamic Recruiter with government contracting experience to join our corporate office and support our growing team.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, leverage ADP and social media for sourcing, and guide offers through onboarding. This role requires independence, excellent communication, and a commitment to integrity and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to interviews and offers.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with government contracting experience to join our team. This role is essential in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contracting and recruitment processes, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with potential candidates. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various recruitment strategies including social media management.

The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP for tracking applicants and managing employee evaluations.
  • Engage in internal recruiting efforts to identify potential candidates within the organization in coordination with PM's.
  • Works with marketing to leverage social media platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Five (5) years of related experience.
Specific/Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent management and recruitment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in employee evaluation, communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
