Qualifications

• Three+ years of recruiting experience in agency and in-house roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with appropriate audience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with ATS systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and clarify position requirements with stakeholders.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for Chicago headquarters across multiple corporate functions.
• Post ads, source talent, interview candidates, and guide managers through offers.
• Build and manage active and passive candidate pipelines and CRM.
