The Scion Group is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our Chicago headquarters. You will own full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across marketing, sales, investment, finance, accounting, asset management, and more, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Formación

• College graduate and 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with recruitment mediums and ATS systems (Greenhouse/UKG a plus)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; attention to detail
• Prioritizes effectively and meets deadlines
• Job location is at Scion’s Chicago corporate headquarters
• Working hours are standard daytime business hours

Responsabilidades

• Identify hiring needs and clarify position requirements with stakeholders
• Own full-cycle recruiting for our Chicago headquarters for corporate roles
• Post job ads, source talent, coordinate interviews and guide processes
• Proactively drive active and passive candidate pipelines and manage CRM
• Build rapport with hiring managers and influence talent acquisition efforts
• Advise and support teams with recruitment best practices
• Advocate for the candidate experience and company value proposition
• Define and document standardized internal recruitment processes
• Participate in training and provide training to teams
• Stay current on organizational structure and employment laws
