Job summary

inDrive is seeking a driven Recruiter to partner with leaders across Ride-Hailing and Marketing. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to presenting offers, while delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

You will build targeted search strategies, source candidates beyond inbound applications, and collaborate with HR Business Partners to continuously improve hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for marketing or operations is a plus.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for hiring managers across Ride-Hailing and Marketing.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer.
• Develop targeted search strategies and active candidate sourcing.
• Collaborate with HR partners to improve hiring processes.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated roles.
• Provide market data to inform talent availability to managers.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
