Job summary

Broccoli AI is hiring a Business Recruiter to own non-technical hiring with a focus on Strategy & Operations and Marketing. This full-cycle role is based in our San Francisco office, where you’ll define the interview loop and set the bar for new roles.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, design high-impact interview processes, and proactively source top talent including passive candidates, shaping how teams grow from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a high-growth startup.
• Proven track record of non-technical hiring, ideally including Strategy & Ops and Marketing roles.
• Comfort recruiting across a wide range of functions and levels.
• Skilled sourcer, comfortable building pipeline from scratch.
• Business partner mindset and genuine curiosity about how teams work.
• Ability to build trust with senior leaders and push back when it matters.
• Strong organization and composure while running reqs for several hiring managers at once.
• Clear, direct communication with candidates and hiring teams alike.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles across the company, with a focus on Strategy & Ops and Marketing.
• Act as a thought partner to hiring leaders, bringing perspective and a point of view to every search.
• Design and run interview loops that actually assess the work.
• Proactively source and engage top talent, including people who aren't actively looking.
• Run a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer and close.
• Juggle multiple hiring managers and priorities, and keep everyone aligned on timelines and pipeline health.
• Bring market and talent insights to hiring conversations, and use data to keep searches moving.
• Set and maintain recruiting best practices, and help build out our processes, tools, and employer brand.
