The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, fast cycle times, and building a best-in-class candidate experience across marketing, finance, and people ops as we expand rapidly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across IC and leadership roles.
• Ability to build scalable hiring processes and metrics.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and GM partners.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close across multiple functions.
• Partner with business leaders to map needs and drive process improvements.
• Build top-of-funnel using outbound, talent intelligence, and strategic campaigns.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and decision hygiene.
• Operationalize hiring metrics and track funnel performance.
