Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Non-technical hiring experience including Strategy & Ops and Marketing.
• Ability to build trust with senior leaders and manage multiple reqs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles across Broccoli.
• Design and run interview loops that assess work.
• Proactively source and engage top talent, including passive candidates.
• Manage candidate experience from initial outreach to offer and close.
• Coordinate multiple hiring managers and timelines to maintain pipeline health.
• Provide market and talent insights to hiring conversations and use data to move searches.
• Help establish recruiting best practices and scalable processes and employer brand.
