Job summary

rjwlogistics is seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to drive the full recruitment lifecycle across our labor, clerical, technical, and administrative roles in the United States.

The role requires strong interview skills, knowledge of warehouse operations, and familiarity with personnel policy, federal and state employment laws. You will plan recruitment strategies, post ads, screen candidates, coordinate testing, and manage offers, background checks, and new-hire processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent recruiting experience required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting; logistics background a plus.
• Experience with ATS systems and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of social media recruitment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Plans and executes recruitment strategies to ensure qualified applicants.
• Identifies and implements efficient recruiting methods based on role and industry standards.
• Coordinates with hiring managers to determine best recruiting practices.
• Drafts recruitment ads and posts in digital/print media for open positions.
• Collaborates with HR during offers such as start dates and details.
• Maintains positive relationships with hiring managers and provides timely feedback.
• Screens and interviews applicants.
• Coordinates appropriate employment testing.
• Extends contingent job offers verbally and in writing.
• Coordinates background checks and new-hire drug testing.
• Completes weekly employment activity reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
