LHH is actively seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Supply Chain & Logistics Practice in Edison, NJ. This hybrid role blends full-cycle recruiting with business development and client relationship management to place leaders across supply chain, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing leadership.

You will build pipelines, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and support offer negotiations while staying current on market trends and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or relevant supply chain/logistics industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional networks.
• Competitive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of recruiting metrics, KPIs, and labor market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for supply chain, logistics, procurement, and operations positions.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop customized recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Negotiate placement terms and manage the offer process.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
• Stay informed on supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and workforce trends.
• Maintain candidate and client activity within recruiting systems.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand operational needs and company culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring practices.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
