RJW Logistics in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Recruiter responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for general labor, clerical, technical, and admin positions across the company. You will master interviewing techniques, know warehouse operations, and understand personnel policy and employment laws.

The role requires coordinating with hiring managers, drafting advertisements, screening applicants, coordinating background checks and drug testing, and maintaining staffing metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent years' recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience; logistics a plus.
• HR experience is a plus.
• Experience with ATS systems and MS Office.
• Experience in social media recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Plans and executes recruitment strategies to ensure qualified applicants.
• Coordinates with hiring managers to determine best practices for positions.
• Drafts recruitment advertisements and posts ads in media.
• Screens and interviews applicants; coordinates testing.
• Coordinates background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
• Extends offers and maintains staffing relationships.
• Completes weekly employment activity reports.
