Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks a seasoned recruiting and onboarding leader for the Territory, focusing on novice and experienced advisors, program development, and engagement with franchise leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to work independently with high initiative, while also comfortable working with a team to drive results.
• Strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actions.
• Extensive Project Management experience required, preferably leading onboarding and recruiting projects.
• Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills with all levels of advisors.
• Ability to monitor and service remote and/or multiple office locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high quality, high quantity recruiting/career path effort for Franchisee Staff, Novice/Experienced Advisors and External Practice Acquisition hires for the Territory.
• Develops and manages a comprehensive sourcing strategy driving high-quality lead flow and guides all steps from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead the annual Advisor Business Planning process and drive advisor engagement in Growth Programs and training events.
• Oversee onboarding for all new advisor hires and acquisitions, ensuring tools and training are in place for rapid client/assets transition.
