Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with Master's preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically minimum of ten years of claims and/or recovery related experience.
• Three or more years of previous management experience is preferred.
• Applicable certifications or professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads Recovery Services professionals and/or managers and has full management responsibility for setting and communicating expectations, providing direction and coaching, facilitating training and development, managing employee performance and engagement.
• Drives productivity and profitability by managing expenses, vendor performance, recovery strategies, and ensuring quality and customer service standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by holding teams accountable to deliver high quality and timely service, and developing initiatives and processes for improvement.
• Oversees recovery protocols and ensures adherence across multiple teams, using data dashboards and analytics to monitor performance.
• Works with senior leadership to develop and reinforce strategies and objectives, and evaluates performance to achieve results.
