Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically ten years of claims and/or recovery related experience.
• Three or more years of previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads Recovery Services professionals and managers with full management responsibility.
• Drives productivity and manages expenses through vendor performance and recovery strategies.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service and timely responses.
• Monitors recovery protocols and uses data analytics to drive performance improvements.
• Develops strategies to optimize operations and cross-team collaboration.
• Communicates effectively with senior management and internal/external partners.
