Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads Recovery Services professionals and managers with overall personnel expectations and coaching.
• Drives productivity, manages vendor performance and recovery strategies for quality results.
• Ensures high quality, timely service and develops initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Oversees recovery protocols, dashboards, training needs and data analytics to enhance performance.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to optimize operations and cost efficiency.
