Job summary

CNA Insurance is seeking a senior leader to manage a Recovery Services team of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business. You will lead staffing, vendor programs, and initiatives to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee protocol compliance, performance dashboards, and data-driven improvements, while partnering with senior leadership on strategy and results. This role typically reports to AVP or above and requires strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically minimum of ten years of claims and/or recovery related experience.
• Three or more years of previous management experience is preferred.
• Applicable certifications or professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads Recovery Services professionals/managers across multiple lines of business.
• Manages staff and vendor programs to deliver results and handle budgets.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and high quality, timely service.
• Monitors recovery protocols, uses dashboards to drive improvements.
• Uses data analytics to drive operational effectiveness and strategic decisions.
