Job summary

JLL is seeking a Financial & Strategic Analyst to support our major client portfolio, leading analytical work for lease transactions and driving strategic initiatives for C-suite stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with clients, tenants, landlords, and executives, with a strong emphasis on translating inputs into compelling narratives and visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and advisory for transactions and portfolio management.
• Support development of RFPs, letters of intent, and other transaction materials.
• Advanced financial analysis including NPV, cash flow modeling, and lease-rate optimization.
• Client communication and leadership activities.
