Job summary

RealtySouth is seeking a Title Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with realtors, lenders, escrow companies and builders to generate title and escrow business. You will provide personalized professional service to establish lasting client relationships and recurring orders.

The role emphasizes meeting performance expectations, building productive partnerships, and traveling within an assigned territory to maximize growth and efficiency in title and escrow offerings.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of prior successful B2B sales experience.
• Real Estate industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of title and/or escrow processes preferred.
• Self-starter with strong follow-through and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong presentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with agents and attend meetings regularly to build and sustain a book of business.
• Retain and grow existing business through presentations and proactive issue identification.
• Create business plans and set goals to attain high usage in company offices and beyond.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
