Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to own the full contract lifecycle for workplace, facilities, and real estate services. You will lead commercial strategy, negotiate MSAs and SOWs, and partner with operations to ensure compliant, scalable infrastructure across corporate campuses and manufacturing sites.

You will drive governance, performance metrics (SLAs/KPIs), and quarterly business reviews while aligning with defense and commercial standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Administration, Pre-Law, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial transactions, contract admin, or strategic sourcing managing multi-million-dollar services & infrastructure.
• Direct experience structuring and managing operational contracts across facilities, real estate, plant maintenance, or workplace services.
• Advanced capability to redline terms independently with minimal escalation.
• Strong ability to analyze supplier cost breakdowns, pricing indexes, TCO, and risk exposure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to influence executives and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contractual and commercial advisor to Real Estate & Workplace leadership and procurement teams.
• Lead sourcing strategies, commercial evaluations, and RFPs for workplace and facilities functions.
• Structure multi-million-dollar agreements using pricing models balancing speed, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts.
• Redline terms, liability provisions, indemnifications, and warranties to minimize risk.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and governance to track vendor adherence and drive improvements.
