Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for Workplace & Facilities to manage high-dollar contracts across corporate campuses and manufacturing sites. You will own the full contract lifecycle, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance with defense and commercial standards.

You will shape sourcing, develop SLAs and KPIs, and act as a strategic advisor to Real Estate leadership and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in commercial transactions, contract administration or sourcing.
• Direct experience with facilities, real estate, or workplace services contracts.
• Advanced capability to redline terms independently.
• Strong ability to analyze cost breakdowns and total cost of ownership (TCO).

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership and procurement on contracts and commercial strategy.
• Lead RFPs and negotiate multi-million-dollar workplace and facilities agreements.
• Structure MSAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts for speed and cost efficiency.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and governance with suppliers.
• Manage change control, disputes, and compliance with regulations.
